Since 2001, when we decided it was time to make changes in our life and concentrate on our guest rooms, we have built up an in-depth experience of the tourism industry.

The fact that we are familiar with the most up-to-date sales and marketing techniques and can speak four languages fluently very quickly helped put us on the path to success.

From 2004 onwards, requests from friends and colleagues for advice, or even for us to manage their properties, started to flood in - "help us to rent more". 

After carrying out a test run for a season and receiving extremely encouraging results, we decided to delve even deeper into this field.  

We offer you a tailored approach, in that we will set up an individual sales and marketing plan for each house, according to the rental level, number of weeks it is rented out and the level of collaboration required, all with one single objective - ensuring that you enjoy the best occupation rate possible!  

We will take care of everything and you will have nothing to pay.

Our fee will depend on the number of bookings that we can secure for you, so we are working towards the same target - providing the best service possible!
