This chalet is situated in Thônes Val Sulens, at the foot of the Aravis mountain chain. Enjoy the beautiful location in the countryside, close to winter-resorts as Grand Bornand and la Clusaz, and at the departure of various walking trails in the Aravis mountain chain, and also close to Lake Annecy.
The 800 m² garden, 3/4 enclosed, gentle slope, dominates the valley of Thônes and offers a great view at the Tournette mountain chain and le Mont Lachat.
With a total surface of about 120 m² the house offers :
