The villa was built recently, at a very quiet location in the countryside, at only 6,5 km from Lake Annecy, at the foot of the Aravis mountain chain.
The house is very well exposed and benefits a maximum of the sunlight, inside you will find large and luminous rooms and a tasteful decoration.
The 1500 m² garden is open to the Valley of the Fier (river) and the Dents de Lanfon mountain chain.
The villa is a heaven of peace in front of the Parmelan mountain chain.

The village of Alex is situated half way between Lake Annecy and Thônes, between mountains and lake. A perfect location for a sportive and relaxing vacation in the countryside.
