This 18th century Provençal farmhouse with its characteristic courtyard with plane-trees and olive trees is located in the hart of the Drôme Provençal, and only at 3 km from St Paul 3 Châteaux with all shops.
Privacy and rest guaranteed on this totally private property, which is also a perfect basis to explore all interesting sights in the area such as the Gorges de l'Ardèche, Vaison-la-Romaine, Grignan, Nyons, Orange, Avignon, Montélimar.
This charming property is also very charming and adapted for a stay in winter time.
The house is split up in 2 separate wings, ideal for 2 families (10 people).
- Main wing The Figuiers composed by a living room 30 m² with fireplace, salon, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom en suite with shower, 2 double bedrooms (can be adjoining or separate ) and a bathroom. The reversible air-conditioning and heating system maintains ideal temperature all season.
- Second wing Les Orangers composed by a basic kitchen, large living loft style with dining room, living room and 1 double bedroom, one children’s bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
- Outside : terrace, garden 3000 m² with shady courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue, pool (heated in off season), pool house with Italian shower, washbasin and WC, parking.
