Veyrier du Lac, very big and luxurious villa for 6 people. Its dominating position offers an exceptional view at the Lake Annecy. The house was built in 1971 and has been entirely renovated in 2007. Spacious and light rooms, all tastefully furnished. Built on a hillside, the house has a 2200 m² large garden along a small stream.
The charming garden and access to the house via different levels will seduce you.
The house is situated at only 10 minutes by foot from the centre of Veyrier, and also close to Annecy centre.
With a total surface of about 255 m² the house offers :
Ground floor :

- 1 Bedroom in Japanese style, with double bed 140 large.
- TV room with TV, DVD, HIFI, with sofa and massage chair.
- 1 very sunny bedroom with double bed 140 large.

Both bedrooms and the TV room offer an exceptional view at the Lake Annecy. In the entrance hall you will find the stairs to the first floor.

- Fully equipped kitchen with induction cookers, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a dining area. Direct access to the garden through the kitchen.
- Large living room with dining area, lounge with open fireplace. The large bay windows give access to the terrace.
- Bedroom with double bed 180 large, communicating with a babies bedroom ( all baby furniture is provided). Direct access to the balcony and garden.
- Bathroom with double wash basin, bath, shower and WC.

- The large terrace al along the first floor offers an amazing view over the Lake Annecy

The village Veyrier :
The village of Veyrier, loved by poets and painters, is situated at the East side of the Lake Annecy. The sunny village has a beautiful view at the lake, nature and walking lovers will enjoy the marked foot paths leading to the Mount Veyrier (1293 m) at the back of the village, and the Mount Baron with a panoramic view at the Alps mountain chain and the Mount Blanc.
All kind of water sports are practiced on the lake, but of course without disturbing the various birds living here.
For gastronomic dinners you can go to Marc Veyrat and his famous Auberge.
