Pascal and Emmanuelle renovated the village’s former bakery, which dates from the 1800s and stands in the historic heart of Talloires, just a two-minute walk from the beach and the famous Talloires Bay, near the restaurants, shops, art and craft galleries, converting its rooms to give them pleasing modern dimensions. The living room, which has a kitchen leading off it, boasts a bay window and a splendid terrace providing the room with a real life panorama of Lake Annecy, the mountains and the Roc de Chère which change colour as the seasons and days go by. Pascal and Emmanuelle have also retained this panoramic view in their bedroom, which also has a huge bay window.The other two bedrooms on the first floor, being on the side of the house nearest the mountain and set back from the lake, remain cool.The top floor is, in keeping with this extremely spacious house, a 60 m2 room ….

With a living area of approximately 200 m², the house comprises : 

On the ground floor : 

• An entrance with access to the cellar and WC,
• A cellar with washing machine and ironing facilities,
• The large living room, with a view over Lake Annecy, has an open-plan kitchen, a sitting area (with TV, DVD player, video recorder, hi-fi and piano), and a dining area with a closed hearth fireplace.  This room boasts direct access to the terrace via a large bay window, which has a splendid view of Lake Annecy, the Bay of Talloires and the Roc de Chère.
• The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, gas cooking plate, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and kitchen utensils,
• A very beautiful 40m² terrace, with garden furniture and a barbecue, which overlooks Lake Annecy and the Bay of Talloires.

A wooden staircase links the living room to the first floor..

On the first floor:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide), plenty of storage space, a bay window offering a splendid view over Lake Annecy and the Bay of Talloires and also direct access to the balcony.  From this bedroom you will be able to enjoy the famous pyroconcerts [music concerts with fireworks] from the comfort of your own bed!
• 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide) and plenty of storage space,
• 1 bedroom with pullout bed suitable for two children,
• 1 bathroom with corner shower unit and double basin ,
• 1 separate WC.

A wooden staircase leads to the top floor.

On the second floor, a large loft-style room comprising : 

• 1 double bed (140 cm wide),
• 2 single beds (90 cm wide),
• 1 spare sofa,
