Set high up in a peaceful location in Veyrier du Lac, this is a beautiful holiday home for 8-10 people. Its commanding setting offers an exceptional panorama over the whole of the lake, from the town of Annecy to the end of the lake, as well as splendid views of the surrounding mountains. This peaceful yet unisolated spot is only a ten minute walk from the village centre. The interior of this house has been tastefully designed to give it lots of charm. Nestling on the mountainside, this house stands on a 700 m² plot with a small terrace and children’s play area.
With a living area of approximately 170 m², the house comprises :
On the ground floor :
- Entrance hall
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm wide) and private bathroom (with shower),
- 1 separate WC,
- Laundry room with freezer.
On the first floor :
- 1 large bedroom with double bed (160cm wide) and private bathroom (with bath). This room, which leads out onto a small balcony, has a washing machine and drier,
- 1 separate WC,
- A large living room occupying approximately 40 m², bay windows throughout offering a splendid view of the lake and mountains, a dining area, an open-plan kitchen with four gas rings, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge.
The kitchen boasts direct access to the outdoor terrace.
On the second floor :
- 1 bedroom with a single bed (90cm wide) and 1 spare mattress, table football,
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (90cm wide),
These two bedrooms share a balcony which has a lake view.
- 1 bedroom with a 110 cm wide bed,
- 1 bathroom with Italian-style shower, double basin and WC.

Geographic setting :
The house is set in a very peaceful location, high up in the village of Veyrier du Lac. It boasts an incomparable view over the lake and is a real sun trap. Veyrier du Lac beach is only about a 15-minute walk away, and hiking enthusiasts will be spoiled for choice with the proliferation of paths less than two minutes away from the house. You could, for example, walk around Mont Veyrier, before reaching the Col des Contrebandiers cliffs and climbing Mont Baron.
