The house is situated at only 5 minutes walk from the village. All rooms are sunny, and offer a beautiful view at Lake Annecy.
Built on a hillside, with a 500 m² garden with a 60 m² terrace overlooking Lake Annecy.
From all main rooms in the house, and from the garden you can see Lake Annecy from Roc de Chère till Annecy Bay.
With a total surface of about 110 m² the house offers :

The village Veyrier :
The village of Veyrier, loved by poets and painters, is situated at the East side of the Lake Annecy. The sunny village has a beautiful view at the lake, nature and walking lovers will enjoy the marked foot paths leading to the Mount Veyrier (1293 m) at the back of the village, and the Mount Baron with a panoramic view at the Alps mountain chain and the Mount Blanc.
All kind of water sports are practiced on the lake, but of course without disturbing the various birds living here.
